ล koda Octavia. Skoda Octavia Mk III (2013 - 2020) Keyless fob battery dying without warning. Experienced this earlier in the week (had to leave my 245 vRS unlocked in a train station car park all day ๐ฌ) I have keyless on my Octavia and the battery in my key fob died on Tuesday without warning. Started the car, drove half an hour to the station.

Could be a CR2025 or CR2032 battery. (20mm wide, 25mm thick or 32mm thick.) Open it up and see what you've got. It's not difficult to open the fob and you can then buy the battery you need. Personally, I'd replace it with whatever is inside at the moment, but if you want a long life battery, fitting a CR2032 would give you a longer battery life
