Sumpter horse vs Mule. So, I really don't see any reason to pick Mule over Sumpter horses right now. Sumpter horses doesn't give the minus speed of "Herd", they cost almost the same (Slightly more expensive I think, but not enough to actually make a difference), they give the same carrying capacity.
